The family of activist Vadud Asadi, who is detained in Evin Prison in Tehran, said that an expensive property surety is required as the colleteral for his temporary release.
However, since the value of the required colleteral is too high, the family has been unable to afford it and secure the activist’s temprory release.
Thus, the family of the activist turned to the relatives of other Azerbaijani activists and asked for their support. Vadud Asadi, a cultural activist for South Azerbaijan rights, is a resident of Rasht, Gilan Province.
