Firuz Naderi of Dara shor, a Qashqayi Shiraz passed away in the United States on June 9 2023 in a hospital. The death of the scholar was observed with the wide reaction of people and various well-known figures.
Firuz Nadiri was born on March 25, 1946 in the city of Shiraz which is a homeland to over 2 million Qashqayi Turks. After he finished his primary and secondary education in Iran, he emigrated to America.
Firouz Michael Naderi was an Iranian Turkic- Qashqayi American scientist who spent 36 years in various technical and executive positions at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he contributed to some of America’s robotic space missions.
